Passwords will be saved automatically after you enter or create them if you enable iCloud Keychain (Settings/[your name]/iCloud/Keychain). You also must have a 6 digit or stronger passcode, and your Apple ID must have 2 factor authentication enabled. You can view passwords in Settings/Passwords.
