MacOS says "up to date" when it's not.

My MacBook Pro 13.3" running MacOS Ventura 13.0 says "up to date" when it checks for a OS updates. But 13.2.1 is out. I've tried restarting. Same thing. Any suggestions on how to get the Software Update to find the new update?

You can from the Terminal.app copy and paste:

sudo softwareupdate -i -a -R

note: your passwd will not echo on screen type it in anyway, use the enter\return key to proceed
