Hello, when I’m at home on Wi-Fi my find my iPhone works but when I’m using mobile data it comes up with this message below. How can I change this please

It could possibly be because Mobile Data is disabled for the Find app. Check it out here:


Go to: Settings > Cellular > find Find in the list and check if it is enabled.

If the feature is disabled, that is the answer to why you get an error when you disable WiFi and use Mobile Data.

Have you updated your iPhone 13 to the latest version: iOS 16.3.1


You can check which version you have now, here:

Settings > General > About


Also try restarting your iPhone. Turn it off - wait a bit and turn it on again.
