My daughter has an Apple Watch, no iPhone, under Family Watch and Watch OS 9.3. Is Home Key support still missing? I see the Home app on her watch but it doesn't seem to be able to accept invitation to the Home. When is Apple going to fix this. Its a big bummer if people in your family can't use Home Key
Some Apple Watch features depend on having a companion iPhone, and aren't available on an Apple Watch that you pair using Family Setup. According to:

The following features and apps are not available: Medications, respiratory rate, irregular heart rhythm notifications, ECG, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Wrist Temperature, Blood Oxygen, Audiobooks, Remote, News, Home, and Shortcuts.
