iOS bug for WhatsApp

Why I am not able to backup my WhatsApp chat by using my mobile data ? I do not have any Wi-Fi connection but I have a lot of mobile data.

WhatsApp search chat and back up is not working. I got a new phone and transferred my data from iCloud. All the other apps are fine. Except WhatsApp, I can’t search chats in WhatsApp also I can’t back up chats in WhatsApp settings. I’ve had the phone for a week. Even Apple tech support struggled to help has anyone experienced the same problem

Unable to backup WhatsApp chats to iCloud I want to backup my WhatsApp chats to iCloud on my old iPhone 14 Pro Max, so I can restore them to my new 16 Pro Max. I get the message: Backup not complete. Not signed in to iCloud. However I am definitely signed in to iCloud and WhatsApp is enabled in iCloud. Why is it not backing up?
