Sustain pedal gets inverted

in the current version this happens when you are pressing the sustain while changing a patch. It gets inverted. So when releasing the pedal notes are hanging. And when sustain is presses the notes are released.

to solve that now i have to go i to mainstage and click with the mouse on the sustain icon. This is a very nasty bug wile playing a performance.
