can’t save photos/videos from shared album

hi, i’ve tried several times to save photos or videos from shared albums but it says downloading and the circle never moves, even if i let it 10 minutes it doesn’t move. This has been happening to me for weeks and a month ago i was just perfectly able to save videos from shared albums i don’t know why it doesn’t work now.
