Is Ventura not available for my MacBook Pro? It currently has Monterray 12.6.3

Ventura requires a 2017 or later MBP.

If bought in 2015, your Mac is not compatible with Ventura. Monterey is as far as it goes then. 12.6.3 is the current version of Monterey available. It was released January 23rd.
