Screen is froze on the power off screen but won’t allow touch. How would I fix this?
My boyfriends IPhone 6 is froze on the power off screen. It won’t allow us to screen touch any option. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
