IOS 17.1 not installing so i use an iPhone 12 mini and i'm trying to install ios 17.1 but it says i need at least 556.8 MB of free storage available during installation and i have 2.9 GB of free storage left and it wont install anyone know why this is? or do i just have to take this to apple to see whats wrong?

You have about 2 GB of storage left. You need 8-10 GB free to install iOS 16.

Try using a Mac or PC to update the phone. The requirements are not as strict.
