vintage iMac

my vintage iMac, running macOS Catalina, is no longer associated with my family's Apple ID (it no longer appears on our family's Apple ID in the device list. How can it be re-associated so that it can be part of Family Sharing? Many thanks. Brian

On the vintage iMac go to the System/Apple ID preference pane and sign in to the Apple ID you want it asscoatd with. If it's signed into another ID unsigned and then sign in with the one you want.
