ESIM with 5G why not working

I have two ESIM cards, but when 5G mode is activated, it does not work, only a network LTE

5G stopped working after iOS update After the update to iOS 16.4.1, my 5G connection has stopped working. I have tried all the recommended steps to resolve the issue, including resetting my device, resetting network settings, updating my carrier settings, and more, but I have not been able to get 5G to work again. It is possible that this is a bug in the latest iOS version and Apple may need to release another update to fix the issue. I am using an eSIM card and everything was perfect before this update. My carrier has conducted hundreds of tests to try and resolve this issue, but with no luck. Interestingly, the physical SIM card is working fine in 5G network, yet the eSIM is not. It only shows LTE. Bad 5g connection with esim and regular sim I am noticing that my phone 15 pro is having more problems with cellular connections. My phone is in dual sim mode, using a physical sim with Vodafone and an esim with Odido (former T-mobile). The same applies als for GPS fix and bluethooth. The rest of the family is using Odido as well also with 15 models but are nog experiencing problems. I already did a reset for connections and a full sweep reset but problem remains.

2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, VoLTE, 5G all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

However iPhone model specific feature is listed here --> Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support . and tap on "See the Technical Specs for Model XXXXXX" under each model and Scroll down to "Cellular and Wireless" section.
