Wrong Apple Music album artwork on iPhone

How do I get the right album artwork onto my iPhone? It is correct on my desktop.

I tried restart and update before even contacting the forum for help. Solution: completely remove Music and all related data from my iphone, restart, and reload/sync from desktop to iPhone. This took hours.
