Locked Apple watch

Hi, so I got a used Apple Watch just a couple months back from someone and I can no longer get ahold of them nor can I get into the Apple Watch! Is there any way I can reset it and delete that code?

lock is not a thing on the watch it's a theft protection on apples servers

it needs to be removed About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

if you don't know your appleID password If you have
