Apple ID

Good afternoon. I bought a storage unit online and inside there was an Apple Watch. They have the apple id of the previous owner. Can I get access to this watch or at least the full email address of the previous owner so I can contact him?

The former owner already removed the watch from their account but it is still asking for their information. The owner of the apple watch I bought second hand already removed the device from their account, however my watch app is still requesting their information. We are both unsure of how to connect the watch to my iphone.

Apple will not release that information, nor contact the owner. See if the storage facility owners can contact the person, or recycle the Watch.
