Does anyone know how to create another email account? When I created my account on my new device, it said that I (we) can have up to three; however, I can’t locate the information and I don’t want anything google on my iPhone.
I also can’t locate iChat!

If you're asking about another iCloud email address, you can do this if, on your device, you go to:
Settings
Accounts
Add Account
Choose iCloud
At the bottom of the page, it gives you the option to "Create a new AppleID".
Follow the instructions to make a new iCloud email address!

If you're referring to messages as "iChat", its the app with a green message bubble icon.
