How to turn off mirroring in Ventura

Now every time I boot my Mac Studio the two displays come up mirrored. I had a **** of time finding the way to do this, it was NOT friendly or obvious. If I'm lucky, an "Arrange" button will allow me to access the settings graphically but it is volatile. I need a persistent solution and mirroring appears to be the one item left out of the human interface design this time around.

Help!

Best as always,

Loren

You can add to the menu bar— search "mirroring"...

Control Center(?)
