Default sheet for Numbers

I would like to create a default sheet for Numbers when I add a new tab within a document. Right now, the default is a blank sheet. Is there a way to change this?

In Numbers, a sheet is a blank "canvas" that may have objects such as tables, text boxes, shapes, etc. on it. Each sheet has a tab across the top. The grid of cells on a sheet is called a table. When you create a new sheet, it will have a default blank table. I am not aware of a way to have that table be anything but blank, but it would be nice if that could be done. If you need a specific table that is set up with formulas and formatting and all that, create a sheet that has such a table. Duplicate that sheet when you need a new one.
