Haptic feedback won’t turn off

I did an update and it started to vibrates when I use my tap or speak to text. It’s soo annoying. I have turned off every possible setting and I have done 2 more updates and it’s still here on my iPhone XR. please help me turn it off! my wife’s phone is the same and hers doesn’t do it

I finally figured it out!!!!!! Got to settings ->accessiblity ->touch ->turn of vibration
