iPhone 13 pro max white screen
This is my first time post in Apple community and frustrating post.
- My iPhone 13 pro max got into white screen since 06-Feb
- I checked with Apple support through chat and unable to fix it
- Apple chat support suggestted to go to Apple service centre and the available slot is only on 11-Feb
- meanwhile, i went to the market and very shop says i am the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th customer with the same problem
- i am forced to buy another phone which cost $2000. This is not fair.
- is this the customer problem ?
- What Apple is going to do with this known issue ? is there call back for replacement ?
