Screen is stuck on Apple logo
Screen is stuck on Apple logo. Hard reset does not work. Red exclamation point also pops up now and nothing works

If you have tried the Forced Restart as detailed in the related article link at the top of this page and it didn't help, the Red Exclamation mark almost always requires a visit to the Apple Store Genius Bar for service.
