Airpods 3 right ear constant crackling/capacitor noise ?

I'm on a second brand new pair of Airpods 3 and both pairs have the exact same constant crackling/capacitor like noise. What's up with that? Is this every airpods 3 ?

Hello,

None of those troubleshooting articles are of any help because everything is up to date and the noise problem is constant, even when no app is open and there's nothing playing.

I have 2 brand new pairs on me right now with this exact same issue, so it's not an isolated problem.
