M2 Macbook Air unresponsive keyboard Ventura 13.2

My newish M2 Macbook Air has a keyboard that is occasionally unresponsive for many seconds, some times over 30. It runs on Ventura 13.2. I have noted this in Safari, TextEdit, and Mail.

The link points to the usual suspects. None of these apply. Is this happening to anyone else? Is an actual remedy known?
