No voicemail on Apple Watch phone app

Hey, when I click phone App on Apple watch, keypad. I put this number. Called 3 times this morning to let me know if you have ABA tonight, I said hello, are u there? And hanged up the phone this morning. The option is call this number again later today, I waited for that. No voicemails yet, is it possible to leave the voicemail? No one is there, sorry to hear that my Apple Watch keeps ringing but I didn’t pick up calls. What should you do?

Hello sir177,

It sounds like the person you are calling doesn't have voicemail set up. There's nothing you can do to change this. The person you are calling will need to set up their voicemail on their own phone in order for callers to leave a message. If they are using an iPhone, this article shows how to set up voicemail:

Set up voicemail

The first time you tap Voicemail, you’re asked to create a voicemail password and record your voicemail greeting.

1. Tap Voicemail, then tap Set Up Now.

2. Create a voicemail password.

3. Choose a greeting—Default or Custom; if you choose Custom, you can record a new greeting.
