Is iPad Pro magic keyboard folio compatible with iPad 10th generation?

Unfortunately not.
The iPad10 has unique physical dimensions. As such, accessories designed for other models of iPad - such as the Magic Keyboard for iPad - cannot be used with the iPad10.
