Weather App Precipitation Glitch

Hey, the precipitation on the Mac app shows but then doesn't show when you click on it.

Blank weather app MacOS ventura The weather app in macOS Ventura (13.5) is completely blank (see screenshot). The widget appears to be working correctly, but clicking on the widget gives a blank screen. Is there any way to debug this and find out what's causing the problem? MacOS Ventura - I do not see Weather listed in Notifications under System Settings Am I missing something somewhere? If I launch the Weather app and then click on Settings in the menu it opens a little window that says "Notifications Are Off" with a button that says "Go to System Settings..." when I do that - there is no "Weather" listed.

Weather App Window Size and Position on macOS 13.2 I've noticed that the new Weather App doesn't seem to remember window size and position. Every new opening resize and move the window over the bottom. How do i fix this? Thanks
