Black screen
My phone has been a black screen for more than an hour, I have tried the recovery method but this still won’t work. I really need help.

With a black or frozen screen I would try the steps in this Apple article:
If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If they don't help I recommend taking it to an Apple Store or Authorized Repair to have it tested, the screen may be defective.
