Wifi issues on MacBook Pro M1 chip

There is a similar issue mentioned in this group however, the responses given under it are assuming that there is something wrong with the Mac OS. I am orestty sure it’s not the OS as this is my second MacBook with an M1 chip and I still have my MacBook Pro 2014 with me which runs fine. The machines with M1 chip seems to refuse connection with wifi and the problem only gets resolved by restarting the machine. Renewing the DHP lease as suggested by many doesn’t help. This can’t be a coincident that both my new MacBook with M1 chip are giving this trouble while the old MacBook with intel is working fine unless there is some other issue with network adapter etc in these new machines. Whatever it is, it is not the Mac OS
