Keeping music after I cancel subscription
If I add an album to my library, then cancel my subscription, will my album vanish? When I was a subscriber before, I wasn't able to keep any music I downloaded after I canceled my subscription.

And that is still the case. If you are a subscriber to Apple Music, you only have access to the music while you are an active subscriber. Once you end the subscription, you will lose access to the music.
If you want to have the music more permanently, you can purchase it from the iTunes Store.
