Back up a data

My phone restarted and made me do all the steps again like if you just got a phone. When I got to the step of my iCloud I put everything but told my password was wrong. I created a new password and when it told me if I wanted to get any data back I accidentally skipped and put no. Now I have everything like if it was my fist phone and I have no app no nothing. I was wondering if you could help me get all my data back with this new iCloud.
