Freeform sync issues

Hi,

I have iMac, MacBook Pro M1, iPhone and iPad. All devices have the lates OS and Freeform sync turned on. However, it doesn't sync correctly. I've tried to turn off/on thy iCloud sync on all device, however, didn't help.

I created and Test Board on all devices however, it didn't show up on all others.

The test board are named:

  • iMac
  • MacBook
  • iPhone
  • iPad

What is/isn't shown on the other devices:

iMac:

  • shows - iMac, MacBook, iPad
  • doesn't show - iPhone

MacBook:

  • shows - MacBook, iPad
  • doesn't show - iMac, iPhone

iPad:

  • shows - iPad, MacBook
  • doesn't show - iMac, iPhone

iPhone?

  • shows - iPad, MacBook, iPhone
  • doesn't show - iMac

After this test, I tried to turn the sync off/on again on iPhone. After reenabling, non of the board appeared again. Only the new one I created ofter that.

Any idea of what to do with the syncing?

EDIT: I've just tried to delete the app from iPhone and reinstall it, but it won't even download the app from app store anymore...

1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?

4 - Sometimes a Safe Boot followed by a Normal Boot will just put things right.

5 - If not - there could be something in the main User Account playing up. To further isolate this - Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac. Then log out of the Main User account and log into the dummy account and test again if the issue persists.

6 - If the issue is present in the dummy account - then, this appears to be a System Wide issue on the computer.

7 - Download the Application Etrecheck directly from the Developer.

This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.

It makes a coherent and readable inventory of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer

The application is free or paid from added features.

Tried the Safe Mode on iMac and it didn't help.

Logging as a different user and back to my account also didn't help.

As I mentioned on my previous posts, the problem is not only on iMac, but also on MacBook, iPhone and iPad. I've also found out that one of my colleagues has the same problem.

So I still believe that the problem is on Apples side and their iCloud Sync.
