Hello Bayou430,
To help us get a better understanding of the issue, we’d like to ask a few questions.
1. Does this happen only when you try to play a specific song, or does it happen when trying to play any song?
2. Do any errors or messages appear on your device when this happens? If so, what does the error say?
3. Do you use Apple Music on any other devices? If so, does this happen when using Apple Music on all devices?
The above details will help us plan how to proceed.
