In ventura 13.2, my mouse pointer moves slow, movement is lagging

Since updating to Ventura 13.2 on my STUDIO my Magic Mouse behaves strange.

The pointer will sometimes move slowly or continue when I have stopped the movement. Or it seems to stick on the screen at some moment.

In Ventura 13.1 everything was fine.

Some moments it is fine. Then it gets stuck in limbo

Stats: system use 2%, user 9%; memory 22 Gb (is HIGH because well I do not have an active app now); energy (safari 64% - oh well, this guy uses a studio for browsing . .. we've seen strager things )

I do reset once a week. That has no impact.
