Cancel all subscriptions

How to cancel all subscriptions and charges on my Apple account. I can’t add a card onto my account because the second I do they will take money out for god knows what and I just want to prevent this from happening. I already canceled all subscriptions. Already went thru purchase history and thru purchase history. But I still can’t get my finger on what all is pending/waiting for payment.
