I loaded my gift card but I can not find it

I put (loaded) a gift card (everything apple gift card) amount of $120.00 using my profile picture in the App Store. Then I went settings and I saw the amount in payment method. But I went down to wallet and it wasn’t there. I followed directions from the Apple GC website. It suggested I log off and then back on again so that the wallet can refresh. When I did this the $120.00 was gone completely. It still says I have a balance of $120.00 but I can not locate the card.
