Apple Podcasts won’t follow RSS feed on iphone

Hi there, I used to follow a podcast through an RSS feed and accidentally unfollowed it yesterday. I tried to add it again, but every time I put the URL in and hit follow, nothing happens! The URL is definitely right - I don’t get an error message and it works in an RSS reader and I can follow it fine on my MacBook. It just seems to be the podcast app on my phone that doesn’t like it for some reason (even though items been following it with no problems for the past few years!)

I’ve updated iOS, rebooted my phone, turned ad blockers off, tried typing the URL manually as well as copy and pasting, tried it over 5G as well as wifi… nothing works. Has anyone experienced this and got a fix I can try? I’m using a 14 Pro.
