I had deleted a message that I’m trying to recover.
iOS 16 must be installed on your iPhone
The message must have been deleted.....after....you installed iOS 16
The message must not have been deleted more than 30 days ago
So, if you recovered the message and deleted it again......and the message is not in the Recently Deleted folder......the message is gone.
It's been more than 30 days since you deleted the message the second time.
