I recently returned from Italy and now everytime I use automatic reply, iphone changes the call number from +386 (Slovenia) to +39 (Italy). I checked the region settings and tried rebooting the phone. Nothing works... Any ideas?

Sometimes it happens when you travel abroad.
Check with your Slovenian cellular carrier their parameters (specifically APN/MMS/HOTSPOT) in:
Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Network.
When done, restart your iPhone
