Automatic sms reply sending out to different country call number

Hello,

I recently returned from Italy and now everytime I use automatic reply, iphone changes the call number from +386 (Slovenia) to +39 (Italy). I checked the region settings and tried rebooting the phone. Nothing works... Any ideas?

I also have a physical sim card from Orange Spain (+34) that I don't use at the moment and it is set to "off". auto reply message uses wrong country code Just came back from France. I had a local SIM in my phone. Now I'm home and when I get a call and try to send the "quick reply" texts and rejecting the call, it replies with my local number and +33 in front ahead of it even though I can send a text normally, correctly. How do I stop it trying to send my quick replies with a country code of +33 (France)

Caller ID is displaying US based numbers appear as international numbers My iPhone 15 pro max running iOS 18.2.1 This is new condition that I am noticing since I upgraded to 18.2.1 Caller ID is displaying US based numbers appear as international numbers For example the real number calling is 202-555-1212 And my iPhone displays the number as +20 25 551 21 2 and claims the called is in Egypt ( the country code for Egypt is +20 ). Is this something fixable? I just upgraded to 18.3 and hopeful this version will go back to the previous behavior I am used to. Cheers

Sometimes it happens when you travel abroad.

Check with your Slovenian cellular carrier their parameters (specifically APN/MMS/HOTSPOT) in:

Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Network.

When done, restart your iPhone
