I have about 1.4GB of "CFNetworkDownload_***.tmp" files in my "/Users/***/Library/Caches/com.apple.nsurlsessiond/Downloads/com.apple.amsengagementd" directory.Are these safe to delete? My googling was inconclusive on this.

Refer to below image and it represent 2.47 GB in size.
Unless there is a Specific Problem with this specific Cache Folder - I see no need to remove the content in the folder
/Users/p.phillips/Library/Caches/com.apple.AppleMediaServices/Metrics/amsengagementd/metrics.sqlitedb
Is it safe to delete "CFNetworkDownload_***.tmp" files?
