How do I get my iPhone trade-in value?

my 3 month journey with trade-in continues, trade-in partner likewize got the device in November 2022, inspected it and informed apple to pay me the value on 1.12.22 and apple has not paid so far, all my calls to them didnt get any results. is this normal practice ? will I ever trade-in with apple again?? - sure not. So, how do I get my phone value ?

We are other users here and do not work for Apple, so we do not know how their process works in detail. You need to deal with Apple on this.
