Facebook Notifications Not Working

On both my iPad and iPhone, facebook notifications do not appear on the Lock Screen. Notifications are on in both the app and in settings. I’ve read just about every ‘fix’ site there is and done all the steps to no avail. Has anyone ever solved this?

Change notification settings on iPhone

Go to Settings > Notifications.
To schedule a notifications summary, tap Scheduled Summary, then turn on Scheduled Summary. ...
To choose when you want most notification previews to appear, tap Show Previews, select an option—Always, When Unlocked, or Never—then tap.
