CarPlay disappeared

CarPlay app disappeared on my phone after the latest upgrade. I also can't find Apple CarPlay in the App Store. Is there a replacement?

Check out:

Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allowed apps... Carplay must be set to "Allow".

When done, restart your iPhone.

That might work if CarPlay app was still on my phone. It's not. It completely disappeared, and I can't even find it in the App store to download again.
