How to cancel my icloud plan
How do I cancel my icloud plan now it is no longer required. New iphone has more storage.

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in the following Apple article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
Note the even though the new phone has more storage you may want to consider continuing to use iCloud for backup and/or syncing so that photos and other data won't be lost if the phone is lost or broken.
