MacBook up to date but cannot access certain files in Notes - message reads:-
This note uses unsupported features.
To view or edit it, upgrade to the latest version of macOS. MacBook is up to date so what do I do pease?

It would appear the notes in the Notes Application have been made on an iDevices running iOS 16.
In iOS 16 there are some Features in the Notes Application that are too new to be used in macOS 12 Monterey.
The user may consider the Ventura upgrade avenue, If the machine Qualifies for it

I fixed this problem by doing the following:
Go to your iphone/settings/notes/password/icloud
Select option: use personalized password instead of use device code
And input the password you previously used for blocked notes
Some notes, not all, have become unavailable to me after latest update.
