Hey Ashwoodshops,
We'd be happy to help out if having issues accessing a Shared Album. To clarify, are you the person who started the Shared Album or were you invited to it by someone else? Have you ever been able to view this album or has it always given you this error?
For more info, we'd also suggest reviewing the following resource which goes over a lot of the common issues related to Shared Albums: How to use Shared Albums in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac
We look forward to gathering more details and hope that the above resource helps out.
Take care!
Hi Thanks,
I am the person who started the Shared Album. Family Sharing is Turned ON. Public Website is turned ON in the shared album. I shared this album with multiple members of the family. Everyone who uses apple products was able to receive the album. One of them does not have iPhone or iPad nor uses iCloud. They should be able to view the photos on the Public Website link. When clicking on the link, the iCloud website loads, however, there is a blank outline where each of the photos should be, and a triangle/exclamation point and statement "cannot load photo" in each cell where a photo should be. I then sent an additional link to one of my email accounts and tried to load off the public link and received the same error. The website loads, shows the album name, the correct number of photos, however, the photos cannot load.
There seems to be a myriad of folks on various threads that have this same problem. I am looking for a solution in order to share these photos with NON-apple using family members. All of the solutions that everyone points to are the same that you did on the apple website, but this particular issue is not addressed anywhere.
Thanks,
Alan
looks like the original producer of said photos turned off family sharing with you.
