I am finding macOS Ventura 13.1 dictation system unreliable and not terribly accurate.
Is dragon dictate for macOS available for Ventura 13.1, and worth purchasing?
When 13.1 is upgraded do I need to upgrade dragon again?

I found the help given to me by you super people really useful. I did know support was abandon in 2018, although I wondered if over four years later things have changed?
The trouble is I use dictation a lot and have done for some years. For some reason I am now finding the system for dictation through Mac OS Ventura quite inaccurate, either through my Mac internal microphone or from my Samson G track pro. Frustrating.
Interestingly when using short dictation on my iPad or iPhone it's really accurate! This is not suitable for longer documents used with my iMac. Thanks again.
Nuance dropped Mac support in 2018 so it is no longer available.
Further on what everyone else has provided, if you click Purchase or click on the 'Mac' links you get the following error on the Nuance webpage:
