Why my iphone has a green red blue dot on screen?

Looks like defective pixels.

Can you post a screenshot? I have never seen a green red blue dot on any iPhone screen. Is it 3 dots, or one with all three colors?

Troubleshooting Red-Dot:

Close All Apps:

An app is accessing your audio. So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up wkly for all apps.
