"this song is not currently available in your country or region"

How do I fix this problem? A lot of this music I bought on physical CDs, so I don't understand why it's "not available in my region". I have SOOOO many files and I'm not sure where to start. Thank you for any help. I am trying to play tunes on my iphone, and the phone is updated.
