My Electric Drums won't show up when i connect them to my mac

Hi i want to record drums for my song on logic but when i connect my drums with midi usb to my macbook air they don't show up anywhere, note that i know and have checked if the computer can see the drums in system information usb their it says electronic drums but they don't show up as midi and when i take the same cable and put it in my piano or my audio interface the computer recognize it almost immediately so what am i doing wrong?

Boss DR 880 USB issue I have a Boss DR-880 drum machine connected USB - Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. I've updated the drivers to work with this OS but it will not show in system sound preferences as USB device. I use this with Logic pro x 10.6.3 and it will show as a device to be added in the midi sync page but not in the Audio preferences input device. I can work around this but would rather get this device recognized like all other USB midi connected instruments. I like this units drum patters better than software drums. Thanks.

Imported MIDI Files Not Making Sound... Sometimes? As suggested in the title, when I import MIDI files into Logic Pro 10.7.9, they don't make sound... sometimes. I'll elaborate; When I first drag the MIDI file into my project, it creates new tracks based on the midi files' instruments. They all make sound, as you would expect. The problem arises when I drag one of those imported regions onto existing tracks. It won't make sound. Then I drag a different imported track onto an existing region and–wait–it makes sound? I'm really confused, please help! I've attached a video (no audio, sorry) to show this happening. Yamaha Midi driver with Macbook M1 (Apple Silicon) - Midi interface OK, Not recognizing Audio interface Hi, I've always used my Synth/Keyboard Yamaha MOX8 with Windows and I've never had problems to the Driver recognize the audio and/or midi interface. The Synth has internal audio interface. I just bought a MacBook with an M1 chip (Apple Silicon) and it's on macOS Monterey 12.4. I installed the latest version available from the Yamaha website: 1) Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver V3.1.1 for Mac macOS 11/12(Intel/Apple silicon with Rosetta 2). https://br.yamaha.com/pt/support/updates/yamaha_steinberg_usb_driver_for_mac.html 2) USB-MIDI Driver V1.5.0 for Mac macOS 12, 11 (Intel/Apple silicon with Rosetta 2) https://br.yamaha.com/pt/support/updates/usb_midi_driver_for_mac.html When trying to use it with the keyboard, the MacBook is recognizing the midi interface (I can see it in the "Midi Studio" screen, but it does not recognize the audio interface, that means, I am able to control VST, exchange midi signals, but neither the operating system nor the DAW is recognizing the audio interface. Note 1: I already tested using the original keyboard cable + USB HUB, as well as I bought a new USB-B to USB-C cable, connecting directly to the Macbook and the result was the same. There was no difference. Note 2: In the installation guide of item 2, ask to confirm that the installation was successful if we have files in the folder: /Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers/YAMAHA-USBMIDIDriver.plugin /Library/PreferencePanes/MIDI Drivers/YAMAHA-USBMIDIPatch.prefPane I checked and besides the installation report as successfully finished, the files are not in the folder.
