Daughters’s phone was stolen. They changed Apple ID Anything we can do to locate phone?

How do you know the Apple Id was changed? To do that the thief would have to have guessed your daughter’s passcode and Apple ID password.

And if that actually happened then no, there’s no way to locate it.
